Keralites again shows the way to the world that
humanities still exist and nothing is above that. They all knew that its corona
time and the passengers in the Air India plane may have covid-19 and all those
184 passengers are going to be quarantined, but they understand that life is
very valuable and everything comes second. Before police or Ambulance reach
their more than 100 passengers were taken to hospitals by the people of
Malapuram, there was no social distancing and most of them didn’t had gloves or
mask, but that didn’t stopped them , they didn’t thought of anything else except that valuable life. Due to the
timely actions of the people in Malapuram death was limited to 18, a big
disaster was stopped by them, they took the control of whole rescue mission and
we can proudly say that due them it ended in 18. Big salute to the people of
Kerala, we should follow this Kerala model too.
August 7th will be marked as a black day in
Kerala history, all keralites opened their eyes with a heart breaking news
which paused our breath for a while, Landslide in Idukki district in Kerala was
a very tragic incident which no malayalis or no human being can see. More than
80 people trapped under that huge rocks, mud and water. No way to reach there
and rescue was like impossible. That tragic incident occurred around 11PM
previous day, but news came out at 7AM next day when a person who travelled so
long by walk to tell this news to the world. People in Kerala didn’t came out
of this shock and suddenly the same day Air India Plane crashed in Karipur
airport, which was a first incident to Kerala, it made the breath freeze for
all malayalis.
Same Malapuram criticized by Maneka Gandhi is now heroes of Kerala
It is the same Malapuram which was criticized by Maneka
Gandhi “Mallapuram is know for its intense criminal activity specially with
regards to animals. No action has ever been taken against a single poacher or
wildlife killer so they keep doing it.” which is now getting respect from
everywhere, whole world appreciates their effort and humanity. On August 7th
a sudden loud sound came and the locals, rushed to help, had gathered on the
main road adjacent to the perimeter wall of the airport after hearing the sound
of the crash, the people of Malapuram rushes to the airport without thinking
twice, they saw Flight IX 1134 splits into two half, they took the complete
rescue mission action into their hands, and they started rescuing each one in
the plane, they stopped all vehicles passing by and saved all valuable life as
possible. Before officials of the CISF, Kerala police, Airport Authority of
India staff or Ambulance reach there more than 100 people were taken to the
hospital by the locals. They didn’t bothered about any corona, never bothered
about the blood stains in their car seat or on their dresses. They did not looked
for tilak or who is Hindu or Muslim or Christian, neither looked for their
relatives or friends. At that time they saw nothing other than those injured
humans. They didn’t thought of their difficult times they had to face due to corona.
They didn’t hesitated to touch them due to covid or those who don’t had mask.Words
are not enough to say thanks, you really showed the way. You made Kerala proud
again, you are the real heroes. Thank you people.
No ears were
cut, No cut marks in hands or neck, Not even a single penny is lost. No languages,
no money or no gold were stolen, above that they made sure that everything is
kept safe, they took initiatives to gather all goods of all passengers and move
it to safe places.
Hospitals
witnessed long queue, hospitals were filled with volunteers from Kozhikode
who came to donate blood, every drop of blood is precious to save life, and
here hospitals didn’t had to run for blood. People of Kozhikode came voluntarily
to donate blood, they realised the situation and rise up to the situation to
save every life.
Social Media Heroes, All
Keralites were social media heroes at that time, within minutes after the crash
happened photos and videos of children and missing patients were circulated
whole over Kerala. Helpline numbers and passengers list were circulated which
boosted the rescue operation a lot and helped to find every passengers and all
children.
Most of those who assisted in the rescue efforts had
been asked to stay in quarantine by Kerala Health minister since two of the
passengers tested positive for Covid-19.
